Shipping & Delivery

Orders over 200 GBP qualify for free standard shipping. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

We ship all packages within 3 working days of receipt of the order from our hub in England. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so please enter your shipping address to determine shipping cost. Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery times on international orders vary between 3-17 business days of shipping, plus customs processing time. International orders may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT, AS ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE SPECIFIED LOCATION WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Based on our home island of Mallorca in Spain, Drifter Hats is the brainchild of two hat-lovers with a mission to build a tribe of like-minded souls. We design and manufacture fine hats for free spirits, calling on traditional hat-making skills and age old techniques. Our hats are made with sustainable, degradable materials and you can read more about our ethics here.

Our hats reflect the personalities of the Drifter tribe... bold, brave, trailblazers who love to wander and then return home to share their stories. OK, you may not be gathering around a crackling fire (horse grazing nearby) to relive your adventures but a barstool over cocktails works equally well.

We love to travel and our journal is filled with our own global expeditions as well as our friends and collaborators. If you´re exploring with a Drifter Hat then we´re always excited to hear about it.

Launched in 2024, our unisex collection is focused on timeless shapes - influenced by the classic Spanish cordoba hat, Western cowboy and rancher styles as well as the European fedora. Our designs are a little more fashion-forward with wide brim styles and plenty of colour.
